Responsibility:
HOMEPORT CRUISES CO. acts as agent for cruise lines and other companies providing transportation, accommodations and other services. Tickets and/or contracts in use by these companies shall constitute the sole contract between such party and the passenger. Passengers agree that HOMEPORT CRUISES CO. and any affiliate or subsidiary shall not be or become liable or responsible for any injury or damage to person or property in connection with any cruise line or other company providing transportation, accommodations or other services resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, dangers incidental to sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, act of governments or other authorities, wars, riots, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, schedules, or from any causes beyond the control of HOMEPORT CRUISES CO., any affiliate or subsidiary or for Any act or error caused by the cruise lines or other contractors providing transportation, accommodations or other services. HOMEPORT CRUISES CO. or any affiliate or subsidiary shall not be liable for any additional expense sustained by the passenger as a result of any of the forgoing causes. Tickets and/or contracts in use by any cruise line shall constitute the sole contract between such party and the passenger.

IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TRAVELER TO OBTAIN VISAS, WHERE REQUIRED, FROM THE APPROPRIATE EMBASSY OR NEAREST CONSULATE OF THE COUNTRY YOU ARE PLANNING TO VISIT. Some countries require that your U.S. passport be valid at least six months or longer beyond the dates of your trip. If your passport expires before the required validity, you will have to apply for a new one. Please check with the embassy or nearest consulate of the country that you plan to visit for their requirements
